This is a very sad article for the North Korean People/what will become of those people now.  Their lives were bad under Father. But son is young and may be swayed by not so good forces. Here's hoping that is not the case.

Here is hoping that life doesn't get worse for the North Korean People. But human shields come on President Obama & Secretary General Hillary Clinton/speak up now about his use of human shields. What do you guys think?

I understand your concern Maria, I would like to see peace in the world and oppression ended.

But, my thinking is Kim Jong Un is the same as the old boss.

In my opinion the last American President to lead from the front died a long time ago.

Master Link_____That would truly be a tragic situation for those poor people. I have viewed some pretty horrible things that went on under Father that turned my stomach. I saw them while watching the Washinton Journal on C=SPAN 1/great program. Thanks for coming by. Maria-Lyn

    Thanks for having me, Maria.

The last sentence in my comment was part of a longer thought that I partially deleted, sorry. I'll just write this and leave the idea alone, I believe leaders around the world use their citizens as human shields... going so far as to send them to other countries as the ultimate human shields... as soldiers.

The situation in NK is dire, without question. And, will most likely be gruesome for many years to come. I'm a little down, tired, and rambling it's time for bed.

    Salutations, ML...voted up.

No Maria-Lyn, I'm a college student on Christmas break who is looking forward to going back to school in a day or two. With all the time I've had off, I've spent too much of it on newsvine reading. It's easy to get over-sensitized after spending all day fighting the good fight.

I'm not a soldier, God bless and bring them home. I think I was just a little burned out. Nothing a couple hours of sleep won't fix. And, soon my sense of humor will be back, voila!

Thank you, for the FR, gladly accepted.

Master Link______Oh well I'm glad you like school most people would rather not have to go back. It can take a lot out of a person to listen to all this difficult/painful/and things that cause anger. I put something pleasant on my column/glad you accepted FR. and have a nice day see you around the vine. Now and Then I see. Maria- Lyn
